I thought this was the best bank until now. I had a bad experience with a teller. I had gone 3 times to ask for my drivers license and my debit card and I was told that they were given back to me when I know for a fact that I did not recieved them back. Until I decide to speak to a manager and they checked the cameras and was told that they accidently gave my drivers license and my debit card to another client. I was also told that the person that has my debit card had already used it twice. Now I have to wait to get my money credited to my account and get a new Drivers License. Will be closing my account. Police report has been done.

I love this bank.  I have been banking here for over 20 years.  They are friendly and hands on.  I have a checking and savings and several loans including car loans.  I appreciated how they work with you and help you with what you need.  Their web site is very convenient and user friendly.  I do mos of my banking on line.  They have great hours and my favorite service is the shared branches which gives me a lot of choices when I need to do a transaction and there is not a UFCU branch near by.

They turned me down for a $1000 loan (I just started a new job that pays $3,500 monthly). I have been a customer for years and I have NEVER missed a payment with them or any other lender. They are no better than the big banks. I am never going to do business with them again.

I have been at this location 3-4 times in the last 3 weeks and their drive up ATM never works! What’s the into of having a drive up ATM if it never works? Everyone that was trying to use the ATM is know at the walk-up ATM and THAT doesn’t work either!! Now you go inside, the only ones that work and you don’t even get greeted. The guys at the front are too busy having personal conversations to be friendly!! Last time I use this location, I will stick with the Mopac location. They are friendly and I’ve never had problems with their ATM’s.

I have Never had it take so long at any bank to do the simplest things such as depositing a check as it does at this location. While I have always had helpful and friendly staff everytime I need to walk in for something it takes up far too much of my time.
