Came in today and the vibe felt great. Mind you all, it’s a Friday and the sun is out! They greet me and I had help right away. I came and was looking to buy a laptop. With all of the laptop I had went through, I wanted to thank Berjae, however you spell her name, for being so kind, interacting, and helping me. She was so patient! Keep it up guys! Y’all did great today!

Don't be fooled the warranty on electronics is not worth getting. It only covers the return not the swap out of  game systems ect. They won't out right swap a game system for a game system they will charge you extra if it is a newer one they have taken in from a recent pawn. They tried charging me extra for a system I returned that is faulty cause the model they had was 2 weeks newer.

NOTE: After speaking with the manager Michelle and talking to main offices they corrected the issues with there warranty and honored it 100%. They went above and beyond too take care of me and were open too listen too the problem. I like too say publicly thank you for fixing the issue.

Purchased an expensive camera, upon testing and inspection decided to return. Glen the store manager was super helpful and accepted the return no questions asked. Make sure and pay extra for the return insurance for large purchases. Great deals here and friendly folk. Recommeded

Very Good!
They have good equipment mostly Musical and related Technology with a great assortment of Cameras ,Computers and Bicycles. And many and all the things expected from a " Pawn Shop " the staff treat you well, the usps a heads up a week before your loan is due. 
It's the best pawn and loan I've ever used.

Absolutely the most stupid employees I have personally ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Had a pawn slip, in hand, signed by the original owner, and was turned away because apparently the person had not signed exactly the same way both times. The slip actually says if it is signed then the holder of the ticket is the owner, but apparently not if someone thinks that they know better? If that is the rules then they should be listed on the ticket itself, and not in someone's head. Never going to give them another dime
