Was really excited to run to this Ulta for suggestions on a new primer and foundation. Found a group of associates standing around and talking so I asked if someone could help me. Clearly, this is NOT the thing to do at this location as the look of total annoyance spread across all 3 associates faces. I was lucky enough to have one of the associates bring me over to the Bare Minerals area and inform me that I'd "probably like it" because her "mom and grandma wear it all the time". I'm 32 years old........ She then slobbed the wrong color all over my cheek and told me i should definitely buy this foundation because "you look better already." I left.

The absolute worse experience ever!! Don't go here! My daughter went here for her prom makeup and hair to be done on 5/19/17. Although she was beautiful when finished they took way longer than they were supposed to. She ended up being late for her pictures (which she was never able to get) and the prom. They ended up being over an hour longer than they said they would be. Plus the staff was rude and treated us horribly. Everyone knew it was taking too long as we kept telling them we needed to be out of there by a certain time. The staff made no attempt in hurrying and never apologized for taking so long. I was planning on going there for my upcoming wedding and the wedding party. Guess where I'm not going!

Worst haircut ever!!!! I paid 50$ as if I had nothing ! I told her million times what I want and she didn't do anything ! Very bad experience .
