Great quality product and amazingly friendly and helpful services! I got my hair done there and Sarah Bauer was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job styling it and making great conversation! I also got a facial and brow waxing by Caroline, and she was very nice and walked me through and made my eyebrows look amazing! I also thought the management was very helpful and involved with their customers!thank you ULTA, for giving me a great experience!

I love the brow bar. Be sure to make an appointment though or they won't accept you most of the time.

This Ulta has just the best, most helpful friendly Staff that are so knowledgeable & friendly. ..Casey, Store Mgr. Is amazing...her & the girls in cosmetics took so much time to find the right products for me & were so sweet & helpful...always have a great experience at this store..everyone us very helpful & friendly!!

I absolutely love this store. They have so many amazing products and most of the girls are very knowledgeable. I will not however be going back to have my makeup done professionally ever again. The gal who did it glued the false lashes to my actual lashes and it took 20 minutes to get them off even with two different makeup and lash glue removers. I told her I needed a really good lip color that would last all night as well, I didn't even make it to the party before my lipstick was half gone. When she applied it she assured me the lipcolor she was using would "last all night". My makeup did look great, too bad it didn't last more than 15 minutes.

I love this store and I find that most of the associates on the floor really know their products.  Some times it is difficult to find some one to help you because they are so busy.  The only thing I dislike is when I have been in there the last two times, the clerk at the check out was less then personable.  She looked young so maybe she was just learning.  But it was my birthday and I was excited to get my "freebee".  She acted like she was handing over a brick of gold to a criminal. Then when I was there the second time I had a fabulous coupon another "freebee" and it was the same thing.  Some of the "older" staff are more than happy for you and glad that you got a "bonus".  Overall I love the vast array of products you offer.
