Last night I asked two employees if they had the item I was looking for; both said "I don't know" and made no attempt to find out. If you keep your expectations low (looow) you won't be disappointed in the customer service, which is sometimes actually just fine. The store is clean and nicely maintained. You can get some pretty great deals on prestige items if you join their loyalty program.

This by far is my favorite ulta location. Why? Well, everyone is so happy to sell and share product details and answer all of my crazy questions. Janessa who is the Retail Sales Manager is AWESOME and helpful. Nevertheless everyone who works at this location is always helpful. Thank you, this kind of help really makes a world of a difference. I despise of Sephora so I am happy to walk in and go here.

Coupon had so many exclusions, it only worked on 1 of 9 items. Ridiculous and misleading. Pretty good selection of products.

Four employees walking around aimlessly as they watch the world go by gossiping amongst each other. Each time I walk into the store, I've been snubbed on numerous occasions. The employees seldom greet customers so I decided to greet the cashier myself. No problem. However, I'm generally ignored when I politely attempt. They hardly ever have the products on the main floor (and don't bother asking if it's in the back). I've gone back to check if it's been put on the floor weeks later and nope, it's also not very popular. The cashiers usually have an attitude and you have to take it upon yourself to ask for them to check your rewards before they finish the transaction. 6 people in line today, 1 cashier and per usual a handful of employees are doing their makeup or neglecting to help customers. I had to ask if they could get back up because we had all been standing there for a good 15 minutes while the cashier struggled to ring out the one customer. This store is terrible, dirty and understocked. Save your time and go to Sephora or a different Ulta in the area. (Loyal customer for years that has finally had enough).
