We went here for a friend's wedding, the bridal party and family came for formal looks. The whole thing was a disaster for me. I have very curly hair, 3c, so tight ringlets, and I'm curly-girl - as in I don't use shampoo and I don't use any products with silicones. I explained this to the woman and asked for a loose up do, showing her a photo of what I wanted. She immediately took a brush to my hair before I could stop her and then proceeded to do something that was not anywhere near to what I asked for. Seeing that I wasn't happy, the woman who seemed to be running the shop washed out my hair and then put it in to a tight, slicked back bun, which again was not what I asked for. There is no sense in trying to do that with curly hair as it will never stay looking slick if it hasn't been straightened beforehand. The woman argued with me that she knew what to do because she has curly hair, but I would never let her touch my hair again. After all was said and done, they still charged me for this terrible hairdo that I ended up taking down and redoing myself. It took more than a week to get my hair sorted back out after they butchered it. If you have any sort of texture to your hair and you want to maintain that, don't come here.

Lisa is an amazing stylist. There's nothing she can't do. I have fine, straight hair, and she does an excellent job making it look fuller.

Dev ops and Regina S are both clients I have seen in this lovely place. Both are ignorant and very dirty. Hair Xpressions is a must go to with friendly service.
