I went to Ulta for a haircut. Lindsey was great! She washed, cut and dried my hair. I love the cut! They got me in within an hour of calling. I only wish I had signed up to be a member (which is free) before paying because they have a 30% discount for first timers. Overall it was a lovely experience!

One of the better ulta stores in the area. Extended ranges of some drugstore brands I haven't seen anywhere else. Customer service was good and I think it was worth the extra drive to find some new stuff in store.

I was lucky enough to have Lexi help me at Ulta. She was beyond helpful with helping me find good quality products to help with my hair care. She was able to educate me and help me find what would be good for me. She was beyond helpful!

Yikes. This is by far the worst Ulta store I’ve ever been to. They rarely have stock of popular items and the staff is terribly rude. Every store can have a bad day, being short staffed or whatever so I gave this location multiple chances. Each time the staff was rude beyond belief. The crazy thing is that the Sephora at JC Penny, two doors down, is usually fully stocked and the staff much friendlier. Zero stars from me Ulta Flower Mound, but it looks like you get a pity star from Google.
