Do not go here to get your hair done. I told the stylist exactly how to cut my bangs. I wanted her to twist it and then cut it so the sides would be longer. She said she had never heard of that. She did a straight cut and long. They were awful. I paid and left. I went home and I cried. I showed my husband and he agreed they looked horrible. I went back the next day and explained what happened. Then she and another girl tried to fix them, they just kept cutting and cutting. I said just please stop cutting. They made it so much worse. They kept saying how great it looked. I broke down and started crying. I told them I just wanted my money back. They gave me a refund after a few more tries of telling me how good it looked. It looked like my 3 year old did it. I just had a baby and wanted to look nice. It just made everything so much worse. The two times I have gone here, they have messed up my hair. I will never go back.

Hands down the best Ulta store I've ever been to! I am more impressed with each visit! The store manager, Felicia, has gone over and beyond my expectations. Felicia never fails to come to me and share her makeup knowledge, she has taught me so much! Felicia has walked me around the store countless times to personally assist me with my makeup choices. I am grateful for managers like her! I would recommend going to Ulta beauty in Evansville Indiana to everyone! The staff is very kind and eager to help! Thanks for a great experience! Keep it up!

I've been 2 ULTA in Evansville several times. Only once have I received great customer service. At that time,the girl gave me samples of a foundation and skin care product. I don't mind spending on quality products but need to make sure they absorb and don't break me out. I'm middle aged and my skin has recently changed, so Im looking for better quality products. I went back yesterday to purchase a $50 foundation and asked for a sample of a "tester" product. This girl obviously didn't want to stop talking to other young girls and help me. She told me they weren't "set up "to give samples. It's not like I was asking her to open a product! And I know they can since I had gotten a sample of a similar product there before!  She did offer to check products if I was allergic to an ingredient. Don't these girls know allergies are not the ONLY factor in skincare. The way she talked to me was demeaning and RUDE! Not to mention she LIED. I ended up deciding to buy my foundation at Sephora and will spend my hard earned cash elsewhere in the future. Any other middle aged woman have trouble at ULTA?
