So my mother has been here a few times and got a great haircut. Last time she told me that she cut it way to short!. I was concerned about this as I work at Great Clips in California and should not be hearing about bad haircuts. Are you all not following the 5 Steps?. Number. 2 is connect through consultation. How is this not beening done?, you should be going over the Clip notes with each customer and showing the back of their heads with the hand mirror. The manager should be checking that all hair stylist are doing the five steps every time with every customer. Customers should feel that they get a great consistent haircut at any Great Clips throughout the United States using the clip notes that they provide.

Friendly staff . Ask for Krissy she does a great job and really takes her time to give you a great haircut .
