I absolutely love this store. Pleasant and very helpful staff. I always feel very cared for, never judged. Robin is amazing no matter what questions I ask. She gives me great advice. Debbie is a great listener too! She also gives me great suggestions of which product to use for my individual needs.

BUYER BEWARE - THEY PERMANENTLY DAMAGED MY HAIR In August I went into this location to buy shampoo. I was approached by a stylist who recommended that I should get a Brazilian Blow Out. I scheduled an appointment. Later, I changed my mind and called to cancel. The day after, the stylist called me to demand why I had cancelled. I felt pressured into rescheduling. 15 minutes before the appointment, WHILE I WAS IN THE PARKING LOT, the stylist called to make sure I was coming, saying I was late. I advised him I was possibly mistaken about the time, but I thought it was in 15 minutes and I would be right in. I specifically asked two questions: First, I asked how long it would take. He said 2-3 hours. I asked if it would effect my PERMANENT HAIR COLOR. Not temporary PERMANENT. He said it would not. Well over 4 hours later (and after 10pm) he was finished. At the service I observed him apply too much heat for too long. He went over each strand of hair 7-10 times with the flat iron set at 450 degrees. I watched the color leech from my hair with the excessive heat. I could smell the product burning into my hair. I was left with splotchy patches of faded color. Afterward, I noticed a very bad smell. I commented and he said it would go away after I washed it. Two weeks and several washes later, the smell remained. I contacted the store to advise of the issue. They refunded the purchase but made no offer to fix the color and smell. I waited for their regional manager to contact me to resolve the issue and after several days a "claims" rep called me from another company. She said go ahead and go to a different salon and get your hair color treated and we will settle afterwards. I did. I got my hair treated to strip the smell and to correct the color. The smell was not removed. It is permanent damage. It has been two weeks and that rep doesn't read or return my emails, she doesn't return my calls, she hardly ever answers the phone and when she does she always has to "call back later" but never does. IT'S BEEN 6 WEEKS AND THEY HAVE OFFERED NO COMPENSATION OR ADVICE ON HOW TO FIX THE DAMAGE They do not care. They foisted me off on a "claims rep" right away and made no effort to fix this huge customer service crash.

Jacob is THE BEST. I came in with pictures of what I wanted, and not only did he give his honest advice on how to best take care of my hair, but he went above and beyond to make sure my hair coloring was gorgeous and so naturally done. I couldn't ask for a better stylist!

Every time I had gone into this Ulta, until today, had been a great experience so I am only rating for my unfortunate experience today. Thank you to everyone who had helped me in the past! But today...I went in to find my foundation I had been buying there for months and could not find it. As I was looking around someone came around and asked if I needed help and I said I was looking for the foundation I always use. She asked me if it was liquid and asked if I remembered the brand. I told her it was a powder foundation and I couldn't remember the brand for sure but was almost positive it was Urban Decay to which she responded "Urban Decay doesn't carry a powder foundation..." and looked at me like I was crazy. I admitted that I could be wrong but thought that was it and I think I heard her say that she didn't know what I was talking about....AND THEN, without trying to help me find what I was looking for or at least giving me some other options if it was true they didn't carry it, she just walked away and went off to talk to a co worker in another area of the store.... I continued to walk around not knowing what to do and without finding what I needed. I was very dissapointed and upset and my husband calmed me down and told me to order it when I got home once I knew for sure what it was so we left without buying anything. The moment we returned home I checked the brand and INDEED it is urban Decay. So not only was this co worker rude and not helpful, she was wrong. I hope she was able to help others today but I left feeling very upset and dissapointed. Hopefully I was the only one she upset today because overal, I love this store.
