All 5 or 6 times I have either been inside this place or had to contact them, they have always been super helpful and friendly. They've installed stereos for us. Can't say one negative thing about them. Very happy with their service

Had new radio and backup camera installed. After install noticed a buzz coming from on of the speakers that was not there before the new radio. Setup an appointment to have it fixed. Arrived for appointment and after showing the tech what was wrong I asked him where I could wait. This didn't go over well as they do not have a customer waiting area. the owner then came and yelled (literately) at me that his install was good and he didn't have time for me and to make another appointment because he didn't have time to deal with it. Ended up setting up an appointment to get it fixed with a company in San Luis they made mention that a lot of their repair work is because of bad installs

Went in for a complete stereo rebuild minus deck. When I received the car back the system was completely untuned (sounded horrible) and the components installed were not as advertised at all. I have since spent hours in the car trying to tune it on the components they used to sound right. I managed to find a vibration issue with the rear speakers they installed which I was not told about. The only reason I managed to find it was that while tuning I noticed that the rear high-pass filter was set *extremely* high, when I set it where it should be @ 80hz I noticed there was a *very* noticeable resonance in between 150hz and 200hz. Shop also installed component speakers in the rear and coaxial in the front, which is backwards. Not only that but they installed the component speakers without their tweeters. Asked about replacing deck and fixing some of the issues with the system and was basically ignored for a couple weeks before giving up. Will never set foot in the shop again.
