Spancer Hasch from ultima realty San Antonio is Worst realtor and sales agents ever. Waste of time if you list with them. Low ball offers this realtor calls it a good offer. If you refuse the low ball offers which this realtor negotiates with buyers agents before consulting with owners. Completely disregards owners instructions/opinions after you list with them. Will tell you what you wanna hear prior to listing and then low ball you with complete lies and reasons why you should accept the low ball offers from not so serious buyers. They want to sell and do not care about your house/property in my opinion. If there was a zero star option, I would gladly rate this crappy realtor. People need to know this realtor WILL LOW BALL  its customers.
