I was planning to purchase an X5 from Ultimo. Michael J. initially said it would be no problem to run the car to a BMW dealership for a used car inspection (I would pay). Then, his boss (the owner?) said they wouldn't do it because of the excuse that they did it before and a car came back damaged. I've never dealt with an honest dealership that had issues taking a car wherever I wanted for an inspection before purchasing. After a week or so, Michael said that now they would take it to a dealership.  I put down a deposit on the X5 and set up the appointment for the following day. Later, Michael emailed me telling me they sold the car to another person that previously couldn't work out financing. 

I'd stay away from this dealership.

I was searching for a BMW X5M for a few months, which had a very low inventory US wide.  I had most of the BMW dealers within 200 miles around me searching for one and even had a trade-in offer by one if they found one quickly.   Ultimo had an amazing x5M but I was concerns about the vinyl wrap, which I didn't know much about.  After learning more about it and what questions to ask, I contact Ultimo to get more information and worked with Alan Amjad.  Alan’s customer service was outstanding as he immediately provided me all the information on the car including photos of the wrap that I requested including specific areas I requested.  I had a trade-in and they offered to match the offer by the local dealer, which was a very good trade-in offer, noting the price on the X5M was very competitive compared to others on the market, as well.   I also requested a pre-purchase inspection by a local BMW dealer and Alan was more than happy to assist me in getting the car to the dealer for the inspection, all of this within 24 hours of our first discussion.  We agreed to the purchase so I made the 2.5 hour drive out to Ultimo. Once I arrived, the purchase and trade-in went very seamlessly.  Alan spend the time with me I needed to take it for a drive, get me up to speed on the options of the car, as well as helping me out with programming some of the settings (I was actually very impressed will all he knew about the car).  I will say this, when I’m ready to move on from this car, Ultimo will be the first place I look for my next vehicle.

Just be careful, hire independent car condition inspector. Many cars been repaired from light damage and some are worst then others. How we say, when you buy a pair of shoes you always try it on, don’t invest in the car without private inspection. Never trust clean Carfax reports! There are loopholes around it and dealers love it. I hope this helps and will protect you, buyers, from headaches.

Went to buy Maserati Ghibli and very good Customer Service provided. Few issues where they might should have done better like making sure there is no service sign coming for car and all the software's are up to date as Car is still in warranty.

This car dealership is a sorry case, please go else where if you can. I had an encounter with Michael Jarosiewicz,  a complete liar, who will lie to your face without blinking at all. I went to shop for a car at this dealership, I indicated to Michael that I will be getting my own financing. He insisted that I should give him a chance and that he will only run my wife and my credit once only to find out that he actually sent it to 5 lenders at once. As a result of his dishonesty we ended up not buying from him. He is unprofessional, without class and assume everyone that comes through the door is a moron. Please avoid this dealership at all cost.
