I am unsatisfied with my experience in this store. An employee named Jacob made a few twisted comments that might have been meant as jokes, but were rude nonetheless.

I love my Clarks shoes but I will never buy again from this particular store. I went to the store during their buy one get half off the second pair sale. The ad display in the store was confusing and quite misleading; hint - the shoes underneath the big red sale sign aren't the shoes actually on sale! 

When I found my two pairs of shoes, they didn't have it in my size, so the sales associate was going to order it online and mail it to me. Good thing I checked my receipt before heading out of the store - they ordered two pairs of the same shoes. While not a big deal, just goes to show the lack of attention to detail.

A week later I had one of my shoes and no sign of the other pair. Like a good citizen, I waited the 10 business days just to give these folks the benefit of the doubt. When the shoes didn't show up after 14 days, I marched back to the store. 

Instead of trying to locate my shoes, the sales associate told me my shoes were delivered in a very accusatory tone, which I did not appreciate. I asked to speak to the manager and a good 45-1 hour later she figured out my shoe was on back order and shipping delayed. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE JUST CALL ME TO SAY THAT?! All of this could have been avoided if they communicated. Worst part, no apologies or even a courtesy discount given.

No thank you Clarks Naperville.

This last Saturday I went to the Clarks store in Naperville with a friend.  The store was staffed very well and it appeared that everyone was getting the one-on-one that they needed.  My friend got constant check-ins from employees, recommendations, and even the service of getting her boots stretched to fit more custom.  I will be back and I will recommend this store to others!  Great job.
