If you like greasy burgers, this is the spot for you! If you eat the burger fresh as soon as they give it to you it isn’t as bad as if you get it delivered, at-least so I imagine, the burger comes dripping & soaking wrapped up in its own grease probably the only flaw about this place! Besides that the pickle + onion ratio was amazing! The sauce was amazing! The fries were fresh and crispy and the BBQ sauce paired amazingly with it! The milkshake I wouldn’t get ever again, McDonald’s has a better shake!

Pretty good chicken sandwich! Can tell it was made we’ll and the sauce they used was delicious. I didn’t have to wait too long and enjoyed my meal. They may have had troubles early on reading the other reviews but it was a good spot for a quick lunch.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes

I’ve had the umami Burger and liked it. The prices are shown to you donut shouldn’t be a surprised. Yes a bit over priced compared to burgerFi and shake shack. But those aren’t available downtown. Also this is inside of a train station. So I do mind the upcharge for convenience.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

Spent $60 on burgers here. The burgers are extremely small!!!! And we weren’t impressed… Made it to our train to open our bag of food to find out we had paid for food they never prepared. We will never go back!

I ordered a burger and they charged me and they say 25 minutes. An hour later they didn’t even have had the burger ready so I canceled to get something else because im really hungry, well guess what they keep my money. Trust me don’t waste your time or morning here.

I ordered the reggiano burger for $12.50 and it was delicious. It's expensive but it taste great. It had bacon in both burgers mixed in with the burgers.

One of the worst burgers I ate. There was an umami restaurant  on Alton road that closed few years ago which was a xcellent. The patty had no taste and hard, the meat average and no sauce. So disappointing and on top of it expensive

Really embarrassing to call this "gourmet". I'd call it a sorry excuse for a burger.

After all these raving from my friend I finally Went to the establishment and orders the food [burger, Fri and soda].. After I realized I can not do second mortgage to get the meal, I laughed while turning away...... I just can not understand how people spend money in a  careless manner.. I get upset when I see people with no responsibility.. we are still friends..

I don’t know how they only have 2 stars. Their burgers are . They’re not expensive for what you get.
