My first time here since I saw it opened  cashier... asked me what sauce I said BBQ. Waited another 35 minutes or so and didn’t get sauce  and then girl in the back with attitude said she gave me a drink... when the whole time standing there I didn’t recieve a drink....the drink was given to the customer after me.

Awful service. When we walked in, the employees were talking to each other and ignored us until we asked if there was anyone working. Then the young woman who took our order entered the wrong item, and she told us that once it's entered, it couldn't be deleted, and we had to buy that. I don't know if that's laziness or incompetence, but it's ridiculous. On top of that, the men's bathroom was revolting. We walked out and went to another location.

I order by mobile app, got there ask me to park and 40 min later I had to go down through the window cause I saw all cars going before me. The cashier on Sunday night Nov 6 10:30 pm super rude, I don't know why soneone so rude is working there. Had to canceled my order. Leaving with no dinner. Worst experience ever!!!!Service: 1/5

Ehhh the employees are really nice the wait is just a bit too long for "fast food" and I expected my food to be hot after having to wait a bit but overall this is still one of the best Wendy'sFood: 3/5

5 for $5 x 2. Love the new frosty flavor. They always keep the line moving for speedy service. Shout out to the night manager and staff.

The woman manager that worked drive thru sunday november 6 at 10 pm was really rude, kept us waiting for 30 minutes ultil we asked about our order and she didn't even started while all the orders behind us left quickly with their foodFood: 1/5

Service was great as usual this morning. Shift Supervisor Ana has made it a pleasure to frequent this location. She takes pride in her work beyond the norm, as if it were her own franchise location. Ana displays the professionalism that any customer service driven organization should  appreciate, and she does it all with a smile . I myself was referred to this location by a co-worker because of her service and I do the same every chance I get.

Went there 2 nights in a row in the drive thru and it took ages about 40 mins each time. Other cars got their orders but somehow when it was our turn, no one ever responded, so we left. As we passed by we saw nobody working the drive thru at all. Horrible service or lack of service at all.

This place needs to hire faster employees or atleast more of them. A bunch of cars waited in the drive thru for half an hour and we roll up to the window just to see that nobody was even attending the people at the drive thru.  HIRE BETTER PEOPLE.

Worst Wendy’s ever , The workers not even doing their job I went at 9pm & 3 guys kept playing around …… not only that the lady didn’t even make my food right it was very cold …. I won’t ever come here again …. They don’t need to work there & it’s unsanitary nobody is wearing gloves one dark skin guy touching his hair & stomach while making people fries with No Gloves !!!!!!!  All of them just disgusting  Like was literally around the corner because they was inside playing around !!!!
