Came into town for my grandmothers funeral and in the process had to deposit a lot of coins for my grandfather. Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and courteous to me and met my needs. Special kudos to Lisa and Fran for being very patient with me and my many visits. Now I know why my grandad has been a member with this bank for 24 years.

Every single person I encounter is rude with no customer service horrible bank and will only serve you if your their customer and the  branch manager is always in a meeting when you call  to complain so horrible place no  future business of mine

Never been to this bank before ever in my life! I went to get a cash advance and they told me they didn't have the funds so they would need to put it on a card and would need to take it to UMB Bank to get them money off of it. I went through the ATM and it tried to charge me a fee after they said it was free so I went inside and went up to a window to get help and when I explained to the lady what I was trying to do she shrugged her shoulder and say " I don't know what you want me to do about it, I have no control over what the ATM charges." very rudely. So I explained it to her again and finally understood what I was talking about and was finally able to get assistance. This lady was very rude! Had very poor customer Service, I have no idea how she even still has her job!
