They have done me alright. But, im very annoyed with the fact that my only way to deposit my checks is through the ATM. I work 10 hour days 5 days a week. I get payed on a Thursday. Yeah yeah, direct deposit. But it doesn't help if the ATM doesn't work! The card reader doesn't pick up my chip half the time, its always oit of receipt paper! ( I want my receipt!) And today, im absolutely out of money, i have auto withdraws and bills to pay! And i can't even deposit my check. Thanks.

Only Bank that has employees like Dan on 80th street that will tell you NSF's are rigged. Told us he couldn't refund NFS. Since leaving UMB, I've not had a NSF in two years. They advertise Strenghth through restraint, well that's what you can expect if you want a loan for anything. This Bank makes so many excuses, on reasoning for NSF's that even the employees get confused how the policy is. The loan process is simple, no. Since we changed to a new bank. Our CC are through our new bank our cars and if I needed a quick loan to purchase something, it's not more then a phone call and a signature by email. With UMB, the system is so archaic, when we moved banks, it took UMB three weeks before someone called and asked why we left. Apparently moving 259k out of there bank is not a big deal... Anyway, don't bank here.
