Why do I have to be in a bad mood every time I use my bank. Online is great. This branch is my only experience but customer service is definitely not a priority.

UMB as a whole has always been exceptional in my banking needs. This branch in particular is the one I visit most often, and they do a great job!

Cold, blocked off drive-thru design doesn't reflect the staff you can no longer see.  Drove through today to be welcomed by closed blinds (can't see anyone inside) and small monitor of me looking at myself.  Had to push the call button after a little while to see if they were even open since I was only looking at myself on the monitor.  Will not be returning to the unwelcome location.  Congrats to the designers who successfully made banking even less personal!  (1 star review is for the drive-thru only - staff is still friendly)
