called to get information on safety deposit box and all it does is ask me to leave a message.  No option to talk to anyone.

They earned two stars because they are at least nice while they fail.  I have been there on three occasions - once to set up new accounts (which they attempted to turn into a "get a house loan" conversation), the second time was to add a name to an account, and the third time was to re-sign paperwork they screwed up from the second visit.  I've had to spell things out for them many times (including literally spelling simple words such as "university").  It's almost three weeks later and they are still struggling to get things done for me.  My advice is to go to another branch!

I have been a member of UMB for 25+ years and my only complaint is the amount of time it takes to use the drive thru at this location. Plan on an average of 8-18 minutes! Even if you are the only car using drive thru.
