I have purchased from Unclaimed Freight for years. You can pick good, name brand furniture for less and is the same as at many top furniture stores. Recently I have dealt with Brian on some recent purchases and just as all who are there, was professional, helpful, friendly. This is a great place to get great, current, stylish items that are great quality and save money. Thanks Brian for all of your help

I just called and spoke with Chad in Sales at the North Fort Worth location. He was ABSOLUTELY no help. I gave him the SKU directly from the website and he couldn't locate the product. He asked for the number multiple times and couldn't provide the information asked. I told him the product was on the website and he could view it himself. He told me "I can't bring up the website, it doesn't work that way." I am ready to spend my money with this company but that staff has ruined the experience within the 1st attempt of contact. I wouldn't take a free piece of furniture from this place!!

We are absolutly in love with our furniture purchase from Unclaimed Freight! Awesome furniture and AWESOME customer service from Brad!!! We walked in and the same day decided on all of our furniture with the AMAZING help from Brad!!! Brad was friendly, very knowledgeable (he knows his stuff), and ohhhhh my goodness patient with us!! We had a million questions and he was able to answer all of them, he made us feel welcome, and didnt make us feel rushed or pressured..... Great sales ethic and again super friendly, and we have told several of our friends to go to Unclaimed Freight and ask for him!!! We walked out of there with a bedroom set, couch, recliner, dinner table, and a mattress!! Thank you so much Brad, our mattress is AMAZING!!! And the furniture looks great in our place. Delivery drivers are amazing as well...... Jay, Russel, Garrett and Able were awesome!!!! (the delivery guys) ....the first couch i chose didnt fit because of the highback on the couch and my small hallway :( but jay and russel took the time to walk the couch around the back in the miserable heat and try coming though our back patio, it still didnt fit due to my small doorway...but i chose another couch and jay and russel delivered it and was again impressed with them. Garrett and Able delivered our bedroom set and they were also awesome..they had the whole set put together super fast Thank you so much!!
