Unique did the exterior of our home at the end of 2014.  In the spring of 2017 we had two different areas of our home get soffit blown off.  This was not a crazy windstorm, no other neighbors had any problems yet we were missing two 20ft pieces.  It also blew and scratched up the stucco.  Unique said they wouldn't do anything for me , I needed to pay.  So because I didn't want to rent and set up scaffolding I paid $300 for them to come repair it.  I was told they used enough screws to where it wouldn't happen again (why wasn't that done the first time?).  Well ten days later a different piece blew off, again nobody else in the neighborhood was bothered by the wind.  This was a workmanship issue.  I called Unique again and let them know this is not a product warranty problem, this was a quality if work problem, whomever was subbed out did a sub par job.  Again they said I would need to pay.  I was not going to pay a third time for work that should have been done right the first time.  Better pricing does not always mean the better deal - certainly not with Unique.  I also had some rock fall off of my home within the first year after moving in - Repaired myself.  Zero customer service or desire to please customer after this company receives the check.

Unique has messed up over 15 elements to the job I contracted them for. 100% Mexican crews with a TOTAL breakdown in communication all around. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but in the end it has added up to a company that does extremely sloppy stucco which they had to redo, sloppy aluminum work and seemingly endless other massive mistakes. The list goes on and on and on. The general contractors and anyone who has been involved is pulling their hair out over this company. Thoroughly unimpressed. My advise, do not be fooled by their slightly lower bids. stay away!
