I recently had a client that was purchasing a new piece of equipment and they were getting the runaround from their bank.  I suggested Perry Roberts and the staff at United Community Bank and they made it happen.  In this age of smart phone banking it seems there's no customer service anymore.  Not at the Alcoa UCB.  The staff operates "old school" and really cares about their customers.  They avoid the banking lingo and speak real world language and listen to their customers.
