Every time I go into this establishment the employees are always very friendly. I never have issue and they are really amazing when it comes to their customer service. I highly recommend them.

I've had several loans through United Finance, two of them have been at the Klamath Falls office. They're great! Their friendly staff will do what he can to help you out! Good, honest people that leave the fine print behind! No matter what town I'm living in, I'll be driving to Klamath if I need a loan!! Mike in the Klamath office puts Mark from the Medford office to shame!

I had of bad luck that befell me and needed a way to repair my credit rating. Went to United, Klamath Falls, told them my story, they agreed to help. Eighteen months later and a lot of tender loving care from United, my credit is back to where it needs to be. Fantastic group of people.
