My husband and I worked with Linda Barratt to sell our home and purchase a new home. Linda spent a lot of time going over our needs and made sure we were properly educated on the entire selling/buying process. Linda gave us tips on how to make small improvements prior to selling and our home sold after only a few showings! The small improvements helped increase the selling price and we received the full listing price! We looked at many homes to purchase and Linda worked hard to negotiate for us and we are thrilled with our new home. There was a short lapse between our 2 closings so Linda even found us a month to month rental in a short time frame. My husband and I also worked with the company for our mortgage and Justin walked us through the process seamlessly. Great experience and we highly recommend United Realty!

I have used Linda Barratt as my agent to buy, sell and rent properties many times over the past 12 years.  The depth of real estate knowledge she brings to the table is very impressive but I am even more impressed by her ability to represent her clients in the negotiation process.  She is trustworthy and honest and her integrity is beyond reproach. I have recommended her to many people who have had similar positive experiences and who continue to work with her.

I have dealt with Linda Barratt for over 10years and she has 
always been a joy to deal with.  Linda has helped me with sales,
rentals and repairs.  She has always been professional and extremely
efficient.  Dealing with United Realty and Linda is like dealing with a
