My passport was delivered per the package tracking option. However it never arrived at my residence. Additionally, it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone on the phone at this location. I have an extremely time-sensitive passport issue and have been trying  to get phone help (because I am 30 miles away), but continue to get either a busy signal or a continuous ring. Please answer the phone. This is ridiculous.

Understaffed. The US Post Office needs to be re-hulled by private industry. Billions in debt each year and dis-organized. This is not the fault of workers at this site or any other. Just bad management from the top. Maybe Amazon will take over and save it. The mail carriers work hard, just no leadership from Washington or Corporate offices. What happened to customer service? And the pressure on these employees is not necessary.  When going to any post office location give yourself a 20-30 minute window.

If you live in or around downtown Cincinnati this post office can be worth a trip across the bridge. Easy to reach, not crowded, and open on Saturday. I have been there a few times and never had an issue.

Delivery drivers drop mail in the wrong boxes, packages seem to disappear from this location quite often as well. Never use a blue box in the Newport KY area as well, as I have had around 10 letters and first class packages just disappear after using them. Something is wrong, and I don't think the postmaster cares.

Didn't catch her name but young lady working there was rude and disrespectful, she didn't help at all and just had an attitude about everything. Careful going there needing help on a Monday.
