First off all when calling you cannot reach a live agent !!  I needed questions answered. then after pushing a bunch of buttons I fianlly got to be put on a 2 HOUR wait list ......For what ? asking 1 simple question ? .....What do I need to bring with me when changing address. they are ignorant and need to learn how to hire people that talk down to you...also very rude people in the post office I hate this post office.....Rude RUDE RUDE is all I can say !!

Horrible service.  I moved from Florence to Washington state and I put a hold on my mail from 11/22-12/7.  I stated that I would pick up the mail at the post office on 12/7.  Beginning on 12/8, any future mail would be forwarded to the new address.  I went to the post office on 12/7 and...  no mail.  I was told all the held mail was forwarded that morning to the new address.  When I asked why, I was told there was a separate forwarding order that began on 12/8.  I agreed that there was, but I specifically stated (and I showed her the USPS order on my phone) that I would pick up the held mail at the post office.  She very rudely said there was nothing that could be done, that it had already been processed.  Now 8 days later, and still no forwarded mail.  I’ve tried calling the Florence office about 50 times the past 3 days and the phone is never answered.  This is by far the worst service I have experienced in my 41 years on this planet.

I’ve lived three different locations in Boone County, nothing but problems with the mail at every location, never shows up at the same time of day,  my mail delivered to other people and other peoples mail delivered to me, regularly, at every location  i’ve lived.  Mail not being forwarded after filling out the proper paperwork and going in three separate occasions to find out why, then being told lies that clearly demonstrate the employee not knowing there job or what there talking about.  No way to get in touch with the post office other than in person

I constantly receive other apartments mail in my box. I'm a two digit address, 3digit address mail ends up in my box. I have called the post office at least 5-7 times complaining about my postal carrier. She's constantly smoking cigarettes, is rude, and is never on a scheduled time. Everywhere I have ever lived everyone knew what time, within a 30 minute window, that their mail carrier should show up. I have received packages and prescription  medicine in my box that were not even close to my apartment. She has even gone on a psychotic escapade where for days she would put tickets in our mailbox saying we have a package in the front office and then the front office will inform us she hasn't even been in the building today and several others have been checking for phantom packages as well. 
However, today was a final straw for me. I have been waiting ALL day for a package i have been tracking. It left Florence post office this morning at 8:41 am it is 3:29 pm my package is still in delivery yet the post office is closed! It was supposed to have been here hours ago. I am constantly watching my mail box bc I'm paranoid she is putting my packages in others boxes or simply not delivering them at all. The first 3 times I called I was very patient Md understanding. The 4th time I called I purposely called during the morning hours to speak with a manager. All she did was take down the last names of the individuals in my house. The next day there was a paper on my box with our names on it and would you believe I have still received other apartments mail even after that little safegaurd! The last few times I have called I have even asked where/ how do I apply bc apparently I don't need to know how to do my job correctly to work here and I'll never be fired for a poor performance! Good luck to yall. I've never had this hard of a time receiving what is mine.
November 5th not received mail belonging to two of my neighbors....lol just throw it in there guys.  Well do the rest.
