Everyone has a mental picture of how a Post Office building should look. So when you first try to find the Burlington KY post office you are likely to drive on by... at least once. It turns out that this US Post Office is just a storefront in a strip center. In fact, it does not even have it's own entrance.

Now that I have been to this facility a few times I can say that the service is inconsistent, sometimes friendly and helpful, at other times like you are soiling the carpets.

This location sports the tiniest lobby I have ever seen in a US Post Office. They've also squeezed in a copier and some rental boxes.

Overall, better than the Florence Post Office but no competition to the Dixie Post Office on Buttermilk Pike.

Go here a lot! Staff ALWAYS super friendly! Never have a problem with mail or employees. Never too crowded. One of the Beyer post offices I've used.

Absolutely the worst postal service I have ever had.  They are constantly putting my mail in the wrong mailbox.  They obviously cannot read numbers correctly.  They cram my Amazon packages and break the contents.  I have never had this type of service.  The sad thing is they do not care.  

It is a good thing they are federal employees, since it is almost impossible to fire them.

Awful awful awful. I have personally witnessed my mail man throwing packages on my front porch. One of which could have been severely damaged as it was breakable. He won’t even come down the driveway a lot of the time and leaves my packages on my garbage can or around my mail box on the side of the road. We are afraid to even call and complain due to the fact that we feel they may do something with our packages/mail. Also if you order anything from amazon USPS lies and marks it delivered when it hasn’t been because they get a bonus monthly if they deliver amazon packages on the day amazon sets for it to be delivered. Amazon has informed me of this so I know it’s true. Not happy at all with this specific USPS location.
