Pathetic service! they would score ZERO for customer satisfaction and wouldn't even care. They'll receive your calls for name sake and put on hold for five minutes, and even after explaining things to the same employee 5-6 times they'll be like sorry we can't help.

Phone number works and they do answer. Only problem is they put you on hold right away and just leave you there. No one ever comes back to answer your question or help resolve a problem. We’ve had three packages delivered incorrectly over the last week and a half. Same address but wrong street. Luck for us the nice people that live there have been bringing them over. Two of which were anniversary gifts for my Husband and the other was all of our amazon fresh order. Because it was sent to the wrong house we lost all of our frozen and refrigerated items. not really ideal for me to go to the store at 9pm with a six year old and a three month old on a school night. Something needs to be fixed with this issue. Good luck!

I have always had such a positive experience with the folks at this annex. Any time I've called because of a misplaced package, they've always been able to locate it and either hold it or get it out to me the same day. Thank you!

Angry on them! I highly doubted that they didn’t even spend time to find the front door! And as a carrier, doesn’t even know where the apartment’s mailbox is! Disappointed...

My package was not delivered on expected dateand don't know the reason. Scheduled a redelivery but again no one showed up again. Customer service number doesn't exist. Pathetic service.
