Idiocracy is becoming all too real. These jive turkeys can't even answer the phone. I don't want to imagine what else they do wrong, besides their inability to properly deliver packages. This USPS has bulletproof glass at the kiosks... They just built a new huge usps facility here in long beach, but they can't even spoof up this old spot. Typical america for you, all backwards.

Just unreal said issue with delivery and address the address is correct and I’ve never had issues with my mail my family has lived here in Long Beach 20+ years it’s a lack of competent staff at this facility nobody picks up the phone nobody even attempted it rings and rings and hangs up on you sarcastic in every possible way and so rude about mail like we are stupid or not capable of understanding the usps

Does not deliver packages...Don't ever answer the phone. Went to office to pick up package. They didn't have it. Christy at the front desk took my number and said she will call me once package is located. Still waiting for the call.....

REALLY UPSET! Came in, everything was fine. till my transaction did not go well. we had to re do one of my transaction with Supervisor Kiwan Jackson thinking she was going to refund me for a mistake that she did. she did not know how to process a refund. she gave me her business card and said she will call me back. NO CALL...STIL;L WAITING. POOR SERVICE

nuff said....ashamed to call this my post office...read all the reviews and its all true...there's a serious lack of competent ppl who really care...its partially neighborhood and location, so many issues with this post office...I wish they would close it and rebuild a nicer location on atlantic with better parking and maybe 24 access to P.O. Boxes...so until that happens we will complain and possibly not get heard...I just hope that is not true.
