They need to just close it and rebuild another one in a different area.they don't do their jobs right they are beyond slow incompetent.they don't keep the area clean it's filthy nasty looking they let people sit there all day and leave trash there .if something says don't bend them don't bend it. They don't even deserve one star .just because it's in the hood doesn't mean you have to treat it as such..they just shove things in the mailbox they will not lock the box back right and leave it open where people can go into them .when you need help there is no help. Bad customer services .if you don't care enough don't work there

The staff r downright rude and condescending. They steal or lose mail and packages all the time. They actually gave me someone elses package would even checking the name on it before giving it to me.
I returned it to them and they didn't say one thing.

They continually put other people's mail into my mailbox even though I have reported it 10 times. 

My friend in another agency tracked a pckg ​for me and found an Postal worker employee had it.
Have been coming here for yrs no choice as I'm disabled and it's by my house. Worst Post Office in the area. Other Post Office acknowledge that this one is bad when u tell them about what goes on here

Same as the rest of the comments.  I hate this post office and I've moved a few times; this is one of the worst offices.  Obviously disgruntled employees and a tiny parking lot.  

One random example: I came here 45 minutes prior to closing to pick up a package.  Super excited because there was hardly any line and I got right up to the window...but because I didn't have a paper notice with me was literally told "you're wasting my time" and to go back home because my package was out for delivery; never mind that my mail had already been delivered for the day.  long story short I argued and was told to "wait while someone looked for it" - 30 seconds before closing they handed me my package and exchanged a few more rude comments about how hard they work and how customers like me are why the mail is slow....that package would have been a day late if I had stayed home quietly accepting that service sucks; how am I the problem?

I have been coming here for years and have yet to have had a bad experience. Service at the window has been helpful and pleasing.
