The ladies literally refused to take my large flat rate box because it was taped, they said it shouldn't be taped because they think i stuffed it too much - it was barely out of normal shape, and i ALWAYS tape my packages because they damage stuff. I never had this problem before - the customer service sucks in a lot of places. There other 2 ladies that are actually really sweet but they were not there today at 4:30pm, February 28, 2018. So this 1 star goes to the ladies who work there right at this very moment.

Why? Amazon sent my prime rental books for classes through USPS. We seen the mail truck go up our street very late, around 6pm! We waited & came back outside noticed the mail truck now at the neighbors & still no mail. I checked my Amazon orders & there was a message saying the delivery was not made due to no access to front door or mailbox. Lies, lies. This is really sad that people refuse to do their job. Quit & let someone else do it. Dont inconvenience people.

I love them over there They are very pleasant they try and give fast service .usually what holds them up is customer that don't know what they want,and the poor postal clerk then has to take time to explain pricing and packaging options to them.

For some reason they were "unable" to deliver my package that was supposed to deliver on 3/10. This was one of those packages that FedEx hands off to USPS to make the delivery. Tracking just shows that USPS was unable to deliver it and brought it back to the post office, yet I got my normal mail??? Don't understand how they couldn't deliver the box if they could deliver my other mail?!

Oh, and this package contained medical device supplies that are required for me to LIVE. I ended up having to call the supply company because I have no idea when I'm going to have time to go to the post office to pick up the box because the post office hours conflict with my work hours. They were not very helpful either and just said I had to either pick it up or wait for USPS to return the box to them so they could reship my supplies!!! This is insane!!! 

I've lived here since 2015 and the box was always just left at my door, I do not understand why it suddenly couldn't be delivered. It does not require a signature!

The mailman/mailwoman that delivers to our apartment community Mi-Place in Mount Holly, just throws any mail in our building in any mailbox. Everyone gets other peoples mail. And it's not one or two items, its whole batches of mail. Someone needs to help the mail sorter or something. They also mark packages delivered when they are actually not delivered. And then they tell you you’re wrong.
