This location totally dropped the ball.  Didn't hold my mail as requested. Then a manager or supervisor didn't bother to take responsibility at all.  No empathy.  They NEVER answer the phone......like EVER!  I finally got a hold of the post master..not sure her name but she was more than helpful in locating my missing mail.  Someone should consider retraining or replacing some of the staff at this location.

THE PRINCETON REGIONAL POST OFFICE IS HORRIBLE. Our route driver delivers to the wrong address all the time. We receive others mail all the time. She either can't read or simply does not care to do the job correctly....I have been calling that PO for over 2 hours today (10-20-17) no one ever answers the phone..tax payer money well spent. This post officer is incompetent at best. The phone system is designed not to work or help in any way. So I thought I would email them.  I entered the tracking number...only to be told it is not a valid tracking number. USPS SUCKS!!!!!

These people are stupid.  It's that simple.  Don't bother with a temporary forwarding order -- they cannot follow directions.  Additionally, we've been living at our address for over five years and they still can't find us.  I regularly get "undeliverable" messages bc a package shipped through USPS.  Is it really that hard?  And as several reviewers noted, don't bother trying to call to get an issue addressed. The hold time is over 1 hour and the "response" is useless.  They point fingers at one another and nothing gets resolved.  I don't even want to think about how much money I've lost in shipping charges for returned packages that were "undeliverable".  Maybe it's a new tax.

The carrier lost a valuable package, or just didn't scan it and now it's "Lost".. the rep there is nice, but nice doesn't find my "lost" package.  The concept of help is foreign to them.

Absolutely horrible. I didn't even want to give it a star but it wouldn't let me post it without picking at least 1. I've been calling non stop for the past two days and the phone rings and rings and rings until it hangs up on me.  I waited over 45 minutes to get a person on the phone and she needed to "verify" my question and put me on hold for another 30 minutes!!! Around 33 minutes the on hold music stopped playing and it went silent which I knew meant that someone had answered the phone because it didn't hang up on me.  I'm currently on hold in silence still, it has now been an additional 34 minutes.  This is beyond ridiculous.  If I was a Regional Manager I'd want to know what my staff was doing all day long while all of these negative review pile up on the website.
