The manager is terrible. She was rude to me and my son. She told me I was wrong and wouldn’t let me speak. I hope she gets what’s coming to her! She’ll be excited to see me Monday!

Watched the carrier put my mail in the mailbox & drive off. When I walked out to get the mail, there was a notice that my parcel that needed a signature was attempted but no one was home. Seriously! Obviously they were too lazy to walk up to my door. What's worse is it's a Saturday at 2pm & the office closed at 12:30 so I can't even go there until Monday.

I order vinyl through the mail, but during these summer days it can be quite risky as vinyl melts in the sun.  I have let the drivers know to please leave my packages by the shaded door, but yet numerous times have occurred where they left vinyl shaped boxes (which even often state that they are heat sensitive) directly in the sun just to cook on the steps.  Absolute negligence.
