My mail hasn’t been delivered in a week. Last week I had a time sensitive package out for delivery, then suddenly says it was unable to be delivered because of weather. Well ends up it was because of my dog. Well he was not even at my home for most of last week as I was admitted to the hospital and a relative had taken him to their home. He wasn’t there the day they allegedly tried to deliver it. And I haven’t received mail since and he has not been out between the hours the mailman told me he normally delivered. I just moved a month ago, but I have had horrible service since the day I moved. The dog is not out between 12-5 everyday to allow him plenty of time. When he said he comes around 2:30 I thought that meant I should keep the dog in from around 1:30-3:30. But still wasn’t delivering so I increased the time I keep him in to 12-5. Please just get me a new carrier or deliver my mail. I now don’t have my Halloween costume for tomorrow, that should have been here last Thursday. Update: It happened again yesterday, same thing. Saw the mailman after he had went past my house. No dog out, no mail or Halloween costume. Just same, we were unable to deliver status... get real the puggle was inside when he came.

On the days our delivery driver actually SHOWS up it is as late as 7:30 or even 8:00. Totally eliminates the option of sending mail out from our mailbox. We also consistently get other people's mail which makes me wonder how much of ours is going to the wrong address. Terrible service all around.

Such amazing service! Very friendly staff! Rachel helped me mail a package to my mom today and was so wonderful and friendly! Love how everyone is so cheery :)

Crooks charge you for a service knowing they can't deliver to the location. They will not listen to what you have to say and claim its policy. They don't know the first thing about customer service.
