I was looking to have a packaged dropped off for delivery.  Thankfully I was able to stop at this location shortly before the closed. I have been here many times when I'm not in a time crunch. This time I wasn't able to get off work early enough to swing by.  The employee working there was quick to greet me and asked how he could help, even though it was so close to closing time.  I informed him of my situation and was quick to get me in and out.  He was quite pleasant and efficient.  Great UPS location.

Better bring exact change to get a package here. These guys will not provide change because they are "not a retail store". As if you have to be in retail to exchange currency for goods... 

If I could, I would give this place a negative star rating.

You're spot on.

You walk in and ring a buzzer located on the wall next to the split counter/door. 

& WHENEVER IT FINALLY OPENS , it flies open with a man looking at you almost bugging his eyes at you and spit at the corner of his mouth and spews out arrogantly, ""I need to see some ID." Lol.. I literally smiled and laughed at you in person when you tried to punk me on your power trip policy like that.

Let me guess, that's the favorite part of your job. Making people wait, and then being a total blunt dick who plays coy when necessary to avoid conflict and blame it on "someone"; and you're never sorry and always assume to think you're right. 

After showing up the prior day to grab a package. He couldn't find it, and then it magically appeared a couple feet from him. I guess me saying it's a big package 3 times wasn't enough and was placed up front FOR pickup. 

Show up today, after receiving a phone call from the very same guy I'm writing this about, tell him why I'm there, says he needs more info. And then I tell him that he called me and that I was the one from yesterday that was more than memorable to say the least.

"Oh let me check. Oh off to the side, someone musta placed it there..."
 
So disgraceful. 

As I said, the Customer service is filled with disrespectful and impersonable people who really don't care about you at all and shouldn't even be working there for their piss poor work ethic.

UPS should have NEVER signed a deal with Amazon to give volume to USPS....

Makes me not want to use Amazon until move..
