After they got all the information, they Put me on hold for one hour without any answer! And I hang up and call back couple times, no one answer!

Can the driver be more careful to deliver package? The status shows delivered and left with individual, but i never got that package!

If I could give them negative stars I would.  Let me just say between our mail carrier,Sammy and the supervisor  Otto they have lied and made up false "reports" and created the biggest issue out of nothing. Not only have they lied to me and my husband's face they claimed that my husband agreed to something he never even said. If you have any issue with this office go straight to the inspector general and file a complaint before they can make false official reports without you knowing. They are threatening me with having to get a p.o. box for something that isn't an issue. Believe me the thought of going down to that horrible, depressing office is giving me anxiety! Absolutely horrible service on all ends with this office. I'm seriously considering moving simply on the fact that my rights do not exist to these workers.

Lost my mail, says business closed for 4 days now and no update on the tracking number and no way to contact this USPS to yell at these idiots myself
