THIS PLACE IS VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A TOTAL F+ VERY RUDE CLERK  .I SENT A CERTIFIED LETTER ON JUNE THE 28 .2017.FOR MY SISTER TO COME AND SPEND TIME WITH MY BROTHER THAT WAS IN HOSPICE. SADLY HE PASSED AWAYT JULY 17.2017 AND THIS LETTER IS SOME WHERE. IN MEXICO CITY IT CLEARED CUSTOMS ON JULY 11.2017 .THIS CERTIFIED LETTER WAS ONLY GOING SOUTH OF THE BORDER TO TJ.UP TOO THIS DATE I CANT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER .THE CLERK IS VERY RUDE SHE IS THE ONE THATS ON THE LEFT SIDE AS YOU ENTER THE LOBBY IN OTHER WORDS .ASIAN .

What a joke, my package was sent back cause my apt # wasn't on there and the USPS idiot's delivered half my mail to the front desk and sent the other half back to the seller, now my package is at this location and it says the  "business is closed" it's been 2 days, and no update, can't even call this specific location either without talking to USPS international are they keeping my item? Hate USPS!!!

YOU BETTER NEVER NEED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER "IVETTE" BECAUSE SHE IS REALLY RUDE, WON'T LET YOU TALK- KEEPS INTERRUPTING AND SHE ACTED LIKE SHE COULD'VE CARED LESS ABOUT MY LOST PACKAGE.   MY PACKAGE MADE IT ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND WAS TRACKED ALL THE WAY UNTIL IT GOT INTO THE MAILMAN'S HANDS...THEN IT GOT LOST...
