I haven't been here in awhile. Will be going in a few days to pick up my mail that I have on hold.  Read the reviews & most aren't very positive.  Hopefully I have a positive one. It seems quite ridiculous that the P.O. is still letting these workers keep their jobs, when they are disrespecting customers & whatnot! I've worked in alot of jobs that deal with customers & No Matter how you're feeling,  you suck it up & be respectful to customers always! Even if they're in your face calling you every name in the bk,while their spit splatters on you! And they keep them & paying them very good money to be disrespectful?? I'm sure people have complained to the higher up & still nothing's done!? That's BS!! They need to fire these scumbags! Hope they do soon! I'll write again after I go there & tell if they were respectful to me or not. Leaving 1 ⭐ for now bcuz of the negative experiences other people had.

True, this is not a post office store front.  Adjust your expectations accordingly.
Although you don't always get a warm welcome from these folks I have found them to be competent and accommodating.  I go here to pick up live shipments of chicks.  They know time is of the essence so they call me right away and have always been available to hand the chicks over.  Better than average service.

Called in today and spoke with Allen. He was super helpful, and patient in dealing with my spotty cell phone. Just wanted to give him a shout out since all of these other reviews are horrid. Glad to know there's at least one person there that's happy to help the customers! Thanks Allen.

Terribly unfriendly and unwelcoming man working the front. Didn't get his name, wish I had. Unnecessarily rude and judgemental.

I wish i could give 0 stars but there are two gentlemen there that are very kind and helpful. The rest of the workers there, however, especially the women are the most disrespectful, unpleasant, and argumentative ive ever seen in any establishment. I commute an extra distance so that i can avoid them. Its a nightmare. House of negativity.
