Phil is a true gentleman, and an outstanding postal worker! I'm from Florida, and I have had several instances where I get stuck in a line 15-20 minutes before closing (the soonest I can get to a post office due to work/traffic) and I was told to, "come back tomorrow," since they close at 1700, and the customer in front of me somehow pushes the clock for 20+ minutes. I have never sent a package outside of the United States, so I wasn't consciously aware of the customs forum or procedure. Phil sat there patiently, walking me through the process until I was finished at 1721. If every postal worker was like Phil, I would use USPS more often! This man deserves a promotion if he isn't being paid handsomely well to begin with. Even if he is, he still deserves one!

Carrier delivered a package clearly at the wrong address. My mailbox even states the correct house # on it. I can't even reach the local PO bc of the 800# insane wait time to have them come get it.

They went out of their way to locate my missing package. Great customer service. Bill at the counter is friendly.

This would be a 1 star, but the people in office being nice while I've seen people being completely rude to them gives them an extra star. The low score is because I'm lucky to get my packages delivered on time. One package will come without issues, then another package will be marked as "Undelivered as addressed" and the packages are addressed fine. Another time the delivery person put my package as "forwarded" and I don't have a forward of address. Supervisor said it was a sub, so they were confused and I would get the package in a day or two because it's just going to come back from NH....Over a week later I receive it, somehow this "sub" sent my package to New Jersey, without a proper forward of address. Pretty bad when you can't trust the post office not to tamper with your mail.

A package was not being delivered I called the service person on the phone was very courteous, nice and helpful thank you
