It's really convenient when a legal contract with a deadline takes (literally) 6 days to travel 30 miles. I'm actually told that mail still travels on Sunday, which effectively makes it longer. I know you're understaffed, but seriously, I promise my colleagues a certain date and not only is my promise late, it's literally shattered, as my colleagues cannot believe the above statement. I'm now not trustworthy in the eyes of my business partners. Even two days would have been reasonable, but 5? Anyone reading this who is sending anything other than a Christmas photo needs to hire a courier.

My carrier is fantastic, consistent, and has always gone the extra mile for me and my tenants for nearly 15 years, and always had treats for my pup. Ding one star for USPS itself though, as somehow their process consistently takes a letter three days to get from South Burlington to Burlington! I'm an amputee, and I could walk there and back in one half of one day, on a good day.

It's a post office. What do you expect? Wait times are just shy of aggravating. People are nice though.

Always kind. I don't know how Pete, I think his name is, maintains a positive attitude serving the public all day. People complain on here it's slow. That's the customers not the staff! People taking forever packing s#!t up and stuff, you can't blame unprepared customers on the people helping them. I use UPS too and the staff there is a bunch of college kids who don't care at all and don't know what they are doing. The USPS folks are way more helpful, long-term employees, and don't nickel and dime you for every box or foam peanut.

These people are completely inept. They can't even deliver mail properly. Every month there is an issue.
