Horrible man that works there would not let me pay with my own credit card unless I signed it in front of him. Never have I been asked to do this at a post office or anyplace else. Will be using UPS for my holiday shipping and everything in the future.

I would agree that there is one particular male employee who can be a bit condescending and does tend to correct anything you do even if it's just a matter of preference for him. This office tends to be busy most times I go in. So be prepared, but lately seems the employees have been friendly and lines not as crazy long. All the employees are pretty friendly and helpful, except one, and even he can be very agreeable if you just go with a positive humble attitude and let him lead the transaction.

I had a horrible experience at this post office. If you are to be served by a guy named John, please skip your turn. He is a know-it-all kind of person, no humility or kindness towards his customers. I felt humiliated because he criticized every package I had, the way I wrapped them, the way I wrote addresses on them, the list goes on and on..... I totally understand if postal rules have changed, but you can say it in a nice way and try to be helpful. He should not be working at the front to interact with people. I wonder how other customers feel about him? I am not going back in there ever again!

I stopped coming to this one because they act like they don't know howto do things that the employees in the downtown office easily do for customers.

I have had a box here for years. Everyone that works here has always been helpful and nice. I suppose people only post reviews when they are upset or had a bad day...life. These folks are hard working people, give them a break! I don't know most, if any of them by name nor am I related to any of them. Everyone here has always be great!
