Couldn't even complete a transaction-- they are cash or check ONLY. After seeing my look of disbelief, the lady at the counter suggested the ATM "across the street" or, of course, a check. Who carries a checkbook anymore! I didn't bring enough cash, as I didn't know how much postage would cost. 
Complete waste of time. So much for postal service.

I called the post office around 4:15 (Wednesday) and I asked if they did flat rate shipping. They said yes they did. So I said, great I'll be in after work. I assumed they were open until 5pm like their listing says. The women on the phone didn't say, "just do you know we close in 15 minutes" -- so I assumed all was good. Unfortunately they do close at 4:30, a fact the very rude women behind the floral counter informed me of, -- by rolling her eyes at me when I walked in with packages -- and saying, "I'm closed!". When I mentioned that their online listing says they are open until 5pm, she snapped at me saying, "I can't get it changed" and "you should go to Montgomery village." I took her advice. And I'll be avoiding this shop and post office from now on. I've never in my life been treated so rudely for walking in a door.

She's always been nice to me. Faster than going downtown the main office. I'm glad it's there.

I don't know who the other reviewers talked to but the woman who helped me there was great. She went out of her way to make things work for me. And was really pleasant. it's like an old fashioned post office - maybe people expect too much.

I have been here a handful of times because it's so close to my house but not anymore. The woman who runs the store will close randomly...very frustrating. She seems like a very unhappy person and definitely dishes it out to everyone.
