Kudos to Lynn, for being so courteous and concerned as I spoke to her long distance on the phone. As I remained on the line Lynn verified my package was at their office and successfully intercepted it. Lynn, you are truly a gem and I am beyond grateful especially to you and the entire staff.

This place is absolutely horrible.  In the past two months, they have delivered three of my packages to the wrong address and say they can't get them back. They are not helpful.  They keep telling me they're looking into it and then don't call me back after assuring me they will.  They told me to call the company and have them resend it, but will not take any responsibility on their part.  After reading all of the reviews about missing packages, it definitely seems like something shady is happening.

Delivery man threw my pc power supply over a flight of stairs onto the second floor doorstep of the apartment. I dont know who it was but id like to have him fired , I plugged the power supply to make sure it wasnt broken..not the smartest thing to do..it literally could of blow up and killed me or caught on fire!

Won't even answer the phone been trying to call all morning getting ready to drive over there! Love that they LOST my package and won't do anything about it ! Loooks like I will be getting a mail box at a place I can actually Trust!

Been calling this number because we have urgent delivery request to the location who needs to be evacuated due to wildfire going on. Not being helpful
