I ship here quite often, and mostly overseas. The staff is always above and beyond helpful. If there is a mistake they are quick to fix it, usually before I get back home. If you expect good customer service it starts with being a good customer.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PASSPORT!! I would think that having somebody there that specifically does passports all day would at least be able to take a useable picture. I have been waiting for my passport for 5.5 weeks and got a letter saying my passport picture is not accaptable and must be retaken and mailed in. I also found out that my passport application was not submitted to the agency until a week and a half after I turned everything at this location. Due to this lady's incompetence I am going to have to travel to Houston and pay an expedited fee to have my passport in time for my trip.

I had a fabulous experience.  I went to get a passport and the staff person, Angie was very helpful and friendly.  I would recommend this PO.  It was clean and there was no wait when I got there, Angie explained the process and again, very friendly and helpful.

They definitely don't know how to deliver anything. I have have multiple problems with this usps. Never until I moved here have I had such trouble.
