I am giving it one star only because there was no option for less. I called first time last night and waited 45 minutes and then woman who finally answered was rude and not the least bit helpful. Today (We'd, 12/27/2017) at 1:36 pm, the wait time was given as over an hour. Another complaint was fact that, despite having a clear speaking voice and articulating my tracking number slowly and with extra care, the electronic operator keep getting COMPLETELY wrong! This service is USELESS and is another good example why the USPS has been spiraling downward for years while UPS and Fed Ex have been growing stronger! My Christmas gift pkg was mailed to wrong address and lady who I spoke briefly with at this number yesterday said there was nothing that could be done.

I went here today for a package.The employee was very nice.It was a fast visit that I ever went in any post office, today was My first time here.Clean, nice,everything was well put.

Workers are very efficient and friendly. I really like this post office I just wish it wasn't in fair haven :/

Hello;
I've had a problem lately, in that mail is left outside of mailbox on the floor or put in any of the mailboxes (5).   ex:   apt 1 mail in apt 2, 3, 4 or 5.   etc...  
I've requested multiple times that the outside door (used for services of delivery (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) is to be closed behind person delivering and I find it barely closed.  
The last complaint is the most important, mailbox is open (i mean the house mailbox, only available to mail person).   I have tried calling in & either mailbox full or a message of cell # doesn't have mailbox & is not available.

I believe these are the best USPS employees in all of CT, always there to lend a hand while not holding back the line. Those complaining about delivery should understand that this is not the place where your mail man gets his mail. You need to complain to the 50 Brewery ST location (hub). 

P.s. avoid the Yale USPS at all cost.
