Very disappointed with the level of service at this facility. I purchased a two day certified label for an envelope. Supposed to be delivered by 12/6/17. Could not get tracking information so finally made another trip to the post office a week after I purchased the postage and mailed the envelope. The person at the counter spent some time tracking it down and came back to inform me that instead of being put on a plane, the envelope was mistakenly put on a truck and was still on its way to the destination. When I asked for a refund, I was told there was no guarantee that it would be delivered in two days and there would be no refund. When I questioned him again, part of his response was that " without the envelope, there is no way to see if you did something wrong". Huh? Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

WARNING I'd give it a 0.5 star or even non due to the scamming. When they measured my package the lady put her arm weight to add extra weight making the price go up by $5. I mean come on! Scamming a broke college student? That's the worst you could do... Highly dissapointed! Watchout guys Or this could happen to you too!

The mail LADY needs to get her ass out or the truck and put the mail in the mail box. If she can't then she needs to find a new line of work. The other Driver gets out and is polite and makes an effort!

It's a post office. But the service has always been fast, friendly and helpful

Nobody answers the unlisted phone number and the provided, national helpline is a joke and a half. I have packages that keep disappearing they cannot do anything about it.
