The Stevensville Post Office is frequently understaffed or only has one line open.  I would like to see them get a self service kiosk if they don't want to have adequate staffing.  It's very frustrating to send a package from this office.

Got off work early to go tot he Stevensville, MT post office "they won't deliver to my house because my box  is 1/2 mile from my home. It is less. So I get the package home and find that it was open and two pairs of shoes are missing. My day off, now I have to drive into town and deal with a snarky "Paul" behind the counter.
 They get a delivery from UPS / Fedx , -no they don't look at the package to ensure that what they receive isn't incorrect"that would take hours" so they just fold it up neatly to give the appearance that it's ok and pass it off to the customer. No, he is not willing to help in any way. I have to fill out a form online. I did get a obviously catty "have a nice day" when I left as a very un-satisfied and now very frustrated  customer.
 Sad to think that even the local postal workers could be lazy and potentially scamming thieves .  POSTAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!  CHECK YOUR PACKAGE AND REFUSE IT IF IT HAS ISSUES! THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

Stevensville Mt. Post Office 59870 has a problem delivering rural mail.  I mailed a letter to a VALID address and it was returned "Not deliverable as addressed, ubable to forward.

I contacted the addressee to verify the address and it was correct.
