I usually go to the Victor post but decided to stop in Hamilton since it was closer. Well, I asked for a simple piece of tape to go over the shipping label. Her response was I can't do that, I only have tape for purchase. I then told her the other office does it. Her response was they aren't suppose to. Well guess what, a lot of offices put tape over labels to make sure they stay on. I picked up my boxes and said I will take them to Victor. I rather mail them a day late than give Hamilton post office any business.
If she would have done a little act of kindness and I wouldn't be posting here.

Okay, the folks at the post office locally have always been really great; I would give them 4.5 stars because they almost always have a line and they handle that constant demand quite well.

This 1-800 phone number is a frustrating joke. It is so far from customer service that they probably can't figure out why their CSRs only get a handful of calls each day... it is because everyone else hangs up and goes to see a real human being. 
800 number: Prompts are fairly useless. The auto system cannot understand what you say in response. When the cues change the robot voice is a mush-mouth and slurs words together so you cannot understand what it is saying. The hold time at the start of the day was still 25-35+ minutes after wading through all of the horrible cues. 

800 number good: the hold music had something akin to the night rider theme song done muzak style. :)
