The phone service is horrible. It will only allow specific questions and if your question doesn't match the robo option, you get hung up on. There is NO option to ask a real person.  No customer service option. 
I got put in a loop and no way to get my question answered. Sad service for the money we all pay.  Really frustrating!!!

Very friendly staff - do note that the phone number that Google lists is the general USPS number, not the one for this office.

None of the options given apply to what I need and then I’m told there’s a 50 minute hold time to speak to someone.   Really????
